Shipping policy

The Enchanted Nest is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

As we are a brick and mortar location, the small but dedicated team at the Enchanted Nest will endeavor to ensure that your items are packed, dispatched and received with care all within our hours of operation. 

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. 

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $150 excluding large/oversized items or express delivery orders. 

For orders under $150, we offer a flat rate on shipping. 

Flat Standard Rate under 5kg: $9.95

Flat Express Rate under 5kg: $15

Local 30km Delivery offered for free on orders $200 and over

For further personal shipping requirements, please contact the Enchanted Nest within hours of operation to discuss your available options. 

Orders placed before 12pm will be dropped off at the post box at 1pm same day, they will then be dispatched via postal service. Standard delivery estimated between 1-7 business days, depending on the method of transport and your location within Australia.
